Own Your Outdoor Adventure
Whether you're looking to get back into your favorite recreational activities or explore something new, our Guided Adventures programs help you reconnect with movement, nature, and yourself - in a way that honors your individual ability level and goals.
Led by a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy, these are evidence-informed, wellness-based sessions, designed to help you build confidence, increase independence, and/or rediscover joy in outdoor activities.

Guided Adventures is a personalized outdoor wellness program focused on:

Providing safe, fun, and meaningful outdoor experiences
All sessions are designed to help you move more, build confidence, and feel good — physically and emotionally.
