Feet that feel heavy or stuck in the mud, not moving when your brain tells them to
Increased difficulty walking or getting out of bed
Posture changes, such as feeling hunched over
Everyday tasks that feel harder than they used to
You’ll begin with an Initial Assessment where we discuss your history, review goals, and evaluate your current movement abilities. From there, we’ll create a personalized plan to improve your independence and confidence.
Our Journey to the Optimal YOU Retreats combine outdoor movement, educational workshops, and strategies to support your wellness all year long. Participants explore activities like hiking, kayaking, biking, and paddleboarding (adapted to every ability level), while also learning about sleep, mindfulness practices, and nutrition.
