Sept 17-20, 2026 - Parkinson’s Retreat

This PD Retreat is a transformative 4-day event designed to empower people with Parkinson’s to move better, build confidence, connect with others, and enjoy a balanced blend of exercise, education, and relaxation.

Parkinson Pack – Fort Atkinson

When: Tuesdays and Fridays at 10 am

Where: Fort Atkinson, WI

The Parkinson Pack is a paid community-based exercise program that follows evidence-based best practices for people with PD.

Each session targets PD-specific symptoms like balance, coordination, dual tasking, and gait while fostering social connection and camaraderie. Whenever possible, classes are held outdoors to take advantage of the benefits of nature.

Mindful Movement for PD – Watertown

When: Tuesdays, 11:45 am – 12:45 pm
Where: YMCA Express, Watertown, WI


This FREE class is sponsored by the Wisconsin Parkinson Association and led by Dr. Joy Cochran, PT, DPT, CEEAA. Classes include stretches, strength training, posture, balance, walking drills, and vocal exercises.

Each session is designed to help you manage symptoms, improve daily function, and boost your quality of life - while having fun. Modifications are always provided to ensure a safe and effective experience for all participants.
